Dumper truck superstructures

Program

Dumpers are produced in three categories:

- dumpers on the vehicles to 3,5 t
- dumpers on the vehicles to 18 t
- dumpers on the vehicles to 50 t

Dumpers for chassis to 3,5 t are produced mostly with 3-way dump. Mentionned superstructures can be equipped by side walls from light metal profiles, developed directly to dump use. Other  possibility is to use aluminum profiles for flat trucks. Electro-hydraulic aggregate for hydraulics is powered from accumulator in the vehicle.

The middle category of dumper superstructures is intended for chassis to 18 t. These dumpers are mostly produced like 3-way dumper (gravel, sand, construction materials or the pallet of goods). We use steel 11523 or steel with high resistance to abrasion HARDOX or XAR. Dumpers build from these materials has longer lifetime.  The side walls are built mostly from aluminum profiles which were especially developed to dumpers together with special locks. The dumpers can be equipped by hydraulic cranes.

The last category of the dumpers are superstructures for heavy transport in the most demanding conditions such as the preparation of the terrain for building construction, transporting materials from demolition waste, etc. The vehicles belong to the weight category up to 50 t total weight. In the program are 3-way superstructures with hydraulically controlled by the left side wall. The superstructure is therefore designed as a 2-way or 3-way. The left side is divided horizontally, while the upper part is freely hung in the bearings and it is hydraulically operated.
Arrestment of the sidewall is using hydraulic cylinders in the columns of the superstructure. The great advantage of hydraulically folding sides (about 135 degrees) is impossibility to bury chassis and aggregates by transported material , the sidewall is used as an extension of the floor when tilting. In this category we use of materials HARDOX and XAR.
